They terminated me for no call no show, even though all 3 days they claim were no call no show were approved. Two days were because my back arthritis flared up and the third day was an approved day off for my daughters important doctors appointment. They also claimed that my direct deposit wasn't working even though they deposited $0.00 in my account at the beginning of September. I have yet to receive my paycheck, even though I was sent a paystub.They don't provide proper training nor when they assign you your classroom they don't give you a heads up about what type of classroom or students you'd be working with

This place should be sued. It conducts their activities illegally, they are known for withholding checks, unlawful termination, lying about employees, hurting and restraing children and so much more. This place is hell for kids. Save yourself and go somewhere else for your babies and employment.

I was an employee for Depot Park location and A lot of abuse happens to students physically and mentally and admin does nothing about it. None of the staff uses the CPI training to control behaviors. I reported kids getting hit in the head with objects and objects thrown at them and the staff is still working there I wouldnt give any stars to this company but Im forced to give 1

I love working for Point Quest. I've been working for them for almost a year and a half now. The recruitment team was awesome. The management staff is always great with communication. They're always so quick to help when something helps and are always so willing to go the extra mile for any of us.
