Restrooms: The restrooms are fine, WHEN they are open. (From what I understand, the city is only unlocking them when there are events going on due to the high incidence of vandalism.) So thank you for that, vandals.
Dog-friendliness: We've always found friendly dogs there, but my friend encountered one the other day that was too aggressive to be at a dog park.
It probably would have been okay had the dog's owner addressed it & handled her dog, but she just allowed the aggressive behavior, which is never okay.
