Castle Painting

Jerry and his team from Castle Painting did an amazing job on our house.  They were extremely professional, recaulked all our windows, and it looks like we have a new house!!!!

Just had Castle Painting complete their painting job on the outside of our home. I highly recommend Jerry and his crew. He is very professional and honest. We did have to wait a bit to get into his job rotation but the wait was worth it. We are very pleased with the final product.

We had Castle Painting prep and paint our house, and from start to finish Mr. Perry was a pleasure to work with. He went over everything in advance, offering any and all assistance. I had a medical setback while waiting for them to start, and they were great about dealing with me and my issues throughout the process. The finished product is fantastic, and they surpassed any expectations I had with their quality work. They never left a mess, and I would recommend them to anybody who needs there house painted. I wish I could give 5 stars but I cant due to owner, Jerry Perrys lack of follow through & non-responsiveness to numerous phone calls and text messages. We hired Castle Painting to paint my mother-in-laws home interior last October & they did a great job so we hired them again in November to paint the exterior. Again, the crew did fantastic work. My mother-in-law also wanted to stain her back patio & Jerry said they could do that too, but the work needed to be done when the weather was warmer, around April. Jerry looked at the patio, took measurements & was to get back with an estimate. However after a couple of weeks with no reply I called Jerry & left a VM. Again, no reply so I followed up with a text message in December, with no reply from Jerry. Fast forward to April 2023 - I called Jerry again & left a VM. Then another text in May asking for a reply one way or the other - but once again - nothing. I understand he may be busy or perhaps isnt interested in the job, but his failure to respond to numerous VMs & texts is unprofessional & for that reason I cant recommend Castle Painting.
