        Poor service, no update phone calls. I tried to express my dissatisfaction and was rushed off the phone. Made an appointment for glasses and contacts and they only scheduled me for glasses and had return multiple times.

        Stopped in today for some help with my glasses. The friendly receptionist greeted me promptly and connected me with a technician. After a very short wait, Colin described the problem to me and fixed it in little time. Also picked up some anti-fog lens wipes for a reasonable price. Kind and prompt service, I would come here again and recommend them to others.
