        *Update* 3 Got my glasses roughly 30 days ago, after having all the problems I did it is very disappointing to have my glasses break this soon after spending that much on glasses. Thankfully they were able to give me a new frame let's hope this pair doesn't brake that soon. Oliver was fantastic, very knowledgeable and helped fit my new glasses to my face a little better. Armando was a delight to chat with, it was very slow so we were able to have a good conversarion about the technology of glasses now versus years ago. They were definitely more friendly here than at the other location.

        Horrible place! Worst customer service. Terrible process. Not a single person in the place yet I was there for 45 min without being seen. Was assured when I made the appt I would be in and out in 20 min. Then after waiting 45min was told they are still waiting for the eye Dr to log in via telemedice and that expected wait time would be another 25 min. UNREAL
