        Pre ordered Aprilia RS660 from them. Process was easy and i could do it with couple of text messages only. Jim Nau was very helpful with the process. Ill post more pictures and update after my order comes in. So far they have very good customer service. Update: They were very fast on getting my bike delivered. Instead of estimated time of 3 months i got it with in a month. Everyone there were super nice and friendly. Service Update:even though my bike was there for service for two months, service manager Tim H was very helpful, he did everything to help me and get my bike fixed asap. Much appreciated.

        I had a great experience working with Brian my sale consultant at Elk Grove Power Sports, the Sales Manager Joe and finance team were very helpful as well. I was able to get a great deal on 2 Jet-Skis with full warranties and a dozen life jackets and extra accessories all available at the time of purchase. I highly recommend this store location for your recreational vehicles and supplies.
