Phillip and his team came through like a champ for me and my family once again. Phillip recently provided services for a home refi as this is my 2nd time using Philip and Landhome financial Services. The first being the purchase of our home back in 2016. This time was just as smooth and wonderful experience as the 1st time. Going into the process I anticipated an intricate and time consuming experience, but Phillip proved me wrong. It was just the opposite and reasonably effortless and stress free.
