Hello I spoken to several pool companies didnt have any communication skills what so ever. Finally called Pinnacle Pools spoke with Terry. Set an appointment up he came on time. He listen to what I wanted done. He answered all my questions. He explained what I should expect thur the whole process. I couldnt ask for a better person. I had researched a few companies to change my pool tile and decking. Terry provided a knowledgeable perspective and was by far experienced in exactly what needed to be done and communicated things that may pop up on the way thru the project and that worked well for me "no surprises". He was not my lowest bid had I gone that route I know the job would not have been done to the quality Terry's team provided.
In addition the job was performed timely and that also was great. Service: Concrete masonry

The work was completed within few weeks after the permit was obtained. I am extremely impressed with the quality of work, timing, and attention to details. Terry has lots of experience and personally supervises each and every task to ensure quality. I didn't have to spend much time on this large project. Terry has experienced and professional people to do each portion of the project. After the project was completed, they did a very good job of clean-up. My family and friends were impressed when they saw the final product. I am very satisfied, and highly recommend Pinnacle Pools and Landscape.
