        So grateful for the outside workout option during the covid situation. The staff (Christian, Nathan, Jessica) at the Laguna location are AWESOME, so helpful and personable. If Calfit is a company that strives to promote from within, consider mentoring and training your current dedicated staff (listed above) for managerial positions. A guaranteed return on investment benefit! The staff at your NATOMAS and ELK GROVE Locations are in serious need of some HELP from the EXCEPTIONAL staff at LAGUNA, in improving their customer service and showing respect and courtesy to its members.

        i would rate 0 stars for customer service. Old manager was nice but the new one will not listen to anything you have to say. Also 0 stars for corporate for being disorganized and flat out rude. Been a member for almost 3 years and will not be coming back again.
