        Update to my update: Great news! After easily accessing assistance through the manufacturer warranty a kind service person was sent out to my home 2 days after I reported the issue. Turns out a wire inside the back cover had become disconnected. Not only was it an easy fix, but I learned something new that i could easily troubleshoot myself if this occurs again in the future. Back to 5 stars! Thanks Bobs!! Update: hasnt even been a month and my recliner stopped working! Hoping the process to fix it won't be terrible, but reading through other comments I'm a little scared to be honest! I took a risk and now I'm worried! Customer service was great, products are proving to be not high quality at all. Great experience with Tonya. She was kind, knowledgeable and patient as I make my selection. I didn't know what to expect from Bob's but I can tell you now that I'll be returning for future furniture purchases as needed.
