        I had some Karate Pants shortened, and they screwed up - and they charged me for it. They fixed the pants but charged me more money. Not a good way to do business!

        They were always the pricier cleaners in Elk Grove but now their prices are beyond reasonable. If their service and pricing brought added value, it would makes sense to use them for my alterations and dry cleaning. Unfortunately, their service is now defined as rude, and their prices are ridiculous. There are better options for dry cleaning and alterations.

        $79 to press only like 5-6  garments and took over 48 hours, wanted to charge a rush fee on all items if I wanted it any sooner or anything more than pressing.
