Amazing dentist. I flew into California just to see him because Dr. Shad and his staff are the best. He is extremely gentle and his office is very nice and in a great location.

Dr. Shad is a very gentle and good dentist. I've had cleanings done here at his practice for years. I love that he does weekend appointments and enjoy watching all the HGTV shows while getting my teeth fixed. His office staff is great too.

I called in to ask if they can let me know how much a consultation is for my front teeth because I had a bad fall. The manager Marie or Maria , I'm not sure of her exact name but she said she is the manager, she told me it was $50 for X-ray and consultation. I told her that I was trying to get a good cosmetic dentist because the front of my teeth are very important. She said oh I'm sorry I don't know if we can do anything for you? I said well what do you mean, doesn't he have to look at my teeth first? I said I was wondering if I can have him look at mine to see if he can fix it and she said oh I'm sorry I think u have an attitude and this probably won't work out. I said what do u mean , I just asked what you meant when u stated you didn't know if he could help me. She said well you obviously answered your own question. And I said no I'm asking what you meant by that and she said unfortunately your education is lower than mine so you can't understand and that she's going to go ahead and refuse my business. I asked her why she would do that I'm trying to spend money to fix my teeth and she said that unfortunately she doesn't have time for my issue with my accident that happened with my teeth. I asked to talk to the manager and she said she was the manager, I asked to talk to the doctor and she laughed at me. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a dentist, I have went to three other dentist and got quotes for my trauma that happened to my top mouth. The reason I was looking into their office is because one of my friends had a front tooth done and it looked pretty good so I wanted to get some information and maybe check out their office before I make my final decision and this is what I ran into. I called the friend that I have and let her know what's going on with the office that she referred to me and she was beside herself and said that she's going to call the office as well. This is a very sad situation that an employee would do to a customer who's trying to spend money to get their face fixed and teeth fixed properly
