Do not recommend. Inconsistent in returning calls. Contradictory information about what insurance is accepted. Revolving door of counselors, no consistency.

I would give negative stars if I could. This organization is the most unprofessional I have ever seen-and I've been a parent and foster parent for 35 years. Of primary concern is the problem of supervised visits. During the very first visit we participated in, the non-custodial parent violated 4 or 5 of this agency's own rules egregiously. The supervisor should have ended the visit before it even began, as the non-custodial parent brought the children's accused sexual offender along. The supervisor was informed about the situation before the visit started, but conducted the visit anyway. The violations of the agency's own policies just went on and on, yet the supervisor just let it happen. Btw, I had asked for the agency's most experienced supervisor, and we got a young college student who has been supervising (if you can call it that), for all of 2 years. That's the best they could do? The children were so manipulated in this one visit (by non-custodial parent); it will take months for the kiddos to get over it, if they ever do. I wish I could go into specifics here, but there will be a formal complaint made with the appropriate overseeing agency, and perhaps even a civil action-if the children suffer due to this train-wreck of a visit, as I am certain they will.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have a court order to take co parenting classes. I thought this place would be good since it's on the courts website. Was on a waiting list for a month. Got a call from a therapist who wanted to set up an appointment but also had mentioned his supervisor would be apart of the sessions. Why ? Makes no sense. Never did I experience 2 therapists for co parenting therapy. I had explained to them I do not feel comfortable having an additional person besides one therapist and both parents due to personal experience with the other parent. The therapist (manager) disclosed that information to the other parent which led him to cause more drama and blame me for not feeling comfortable. I called and spoke to the manager and she told me it's in their contract to disclose any info to the other parent even if that means disclosing why the parent is uncomfortable. If there is emotional and verbal abuse and the manager knows why disclose personal information to make things worse between the parents! I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Update: they now misstated the facts of the sessions and a very unprofessional. Clearly they are unable to do the job they profess to do. I'd give negative stars if that was an option.
