Do not buy from here i lost my receipt and I bought for over $100 guess how much the were refunding me 4:50 cents in total out off over $100 purchases.

I love Ulta will never shop @ this location again I was followed around, like someone literally behind me every move I made. I advise the rep to stop following as it made me really uncomfortable and felt like she was stereotyping me because I had on sweats and a hat I guess me reading labels and minding my business was a problem. I will be picking up products or online ordering from Delta Shores location 20min away from my residence in Elk Grove!! Never ever again!!

I have gone to Ulta several times and each time I have had a horrible experience. I can never find anyone to help me and when ever I make eye contact the employees leave the area soon after. A lady asked me if I was looking for something and did not even work at that location she was an associate. Then she found a worker just talking behind the register not doing anything and we asked where to find a specific product. She couldn't find it at first and then said they were getting rid of it. She said I could still order online through the store at the register. When I got to the register the employee was very unfriendly and did not help me figure out how to do the ordering. After multiple experiences in different Ulta Stores with different employees I have found that they have a horrible environment and will no longer be shopping at any location or online.

This is why I dont step into a Ulta anymore and stick with Sephora now, I always received better service at Sephora. If I could give them zero stars I would I simply called to see if they had a foundation brush in stores and the lady kept putting me on hold and when she would answer after putting me on hold for 10 minutes she hangs up. Such 5 star customer service Im getting right there. Someone needs to get fired here immediately. Im no manager but getting treated like this as a customer is unacceptable if you ask me. But anyways heres my review for this specific location. ***Update*** Ive came and visited this store multiple times since my review. Im not being dramatic yall but every single time I go here. The beauty advisors have stank attitudes. I get it its retail, Ive worked in retail for many years myself. But there should be no reason for you to have a stank attitude with me my whole duration of our interaction. It makes me not want to comeback. Ive been wanting the nyx duck lip plumpers and the fact that I have to go to this location because its the closest to me makes me not want to go and just make the drive to Delta Shores.
