The staff at Buy Buy Baby were all helpful and great. The problem was the Paw Patrol Sky wind up bath toy. It didnt work. Or I should say when you wind it , it works for about 3 sec. I dont recommend this product.

I don't live local to BuyBuy Baby, so when a friend registered here for her baby shower, I had to do an online order. First of all, everything here is so much more expensive than if you were to buy the same things on Amazon, Target, or WalMart. The main item on my 1st order "could not be fulfilled" at shipping, which was a bath tub. The other items in my order were accessories for the bath, and BuyBuyBaby refused to cancel those items for me. Plus, then they charged me for shipping, because once the bath was removed, the order no longer "qualified" for free shipping. To top it off, the bath tub remained in "purchased" status on the registry. That should update to properly reflect that the item was not available. (And no longer purchased!) Very frustrating situation just trying to buy a baby shower gift! I ended up buying a gift outside of my friends registry, because I refused to place another order with BuyBuy Baby. Moms-to-be: Think Target, Amazon, Babylist for your registry needs! That will give your guests less expensive items to choose from, and better shipping options!
