        Former T-Mobile customer and I was asked to come in store by T-Mobile customer support for help resolving an issue. Needless to say Im glad Im no longer a T-Mobile customer. Employees here were very passive aggressive. Always had an unpleasant interaction with this store every visit.

        We had a wonderful experience at this T Mobile today with Aaron! Our whole family was switching from Verizon and Aaron made sure we had the best deals. He was so patient and worked with us to understand the different plans we could sign up for. We were very happy with our experience. It took us a long time (mostly because we had a lot of questions) and he never seemed to be in a rush. Very personable and easy to chat with!
