I called in the afternoon and they call me back immediately to tell me they could come to my home. Michael traveled from Oak Grove Sacramento to Walnut Creek. Michael may be the most professional service person Ive ever encountered. Everything about the service what is number one. Particularly though I have to say that Michael himself is an exceptional representativeFor this company. I highly recommend them. Wow! What great service. Just had my carpet cleaned by Michael. Awesome customer service. Professional. Educated us on the product used. Answered all questions. Told a great funny joke. Made us feel like family. Definitely going to refer this company and its fantastic service. Why cant all businesses be this way?? Honest, professional, punctual, friendly. Even helped me move my bed. Michael came out to clean my dads rug"s and he did a fantastic job. Not only did he do a fantastic job, it only took him a couple hours and the price was well worth it. Our rug is a really light gray and it's about 9 years old.After Michael was done the carpets looked beautiful.My dad was so happy...He claims the rug is as clean as the day he bought it. Thank You
