    I interviewed over 20 roofing companies. 2 maybe 3 offered 50 year warrantys in my area, but I went with Rose Remodeling, which was not the cheapest and not the most expensive. I wanted the best warranty, and some one to work with what i have. They were very professional, efficient, and fast! They did my entire roof! Also did dry rot repairs found after the old roof was removed, just before the new roof install. They worked with my insurance, and helped me get quick financing for emergency dry rot repair fees, and worked with me on easy payments to fill in my cash debt to them. Graham came by to me instead of ecer having to leave my home for any professional transactions. Also, i got the best roof by GAF backed by a 50 yr material warranty and more warranty benefits! Also, it's fully transferable if I sell my home! This has increased the value of my home. And i am worry free on my roof as long as i own this home! I highly recommend Rose Remodeling and their team and staff of professional and caring members!

    Please dont waste your valuable time or money on this company. They showed ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY, zero care, terrible craftsmanship Here are the facts you should know: We were told the project wouldnt take more than 5 days and it would be completed before Thanksgiving. The project went passed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's and is STILL NOT COMPLETE. Despite us being extremely patient and accommodating (We were available every day and even set up a lock box so that they could access our home even when we werent there). COMMUNICATION WAS INCREDIBLY POOR and we found ourselves never knowing what was happening unless we contacted them. WRONG MATERIALS were brought (size and color) despite having the measurements and I eventually had to search online to show them the correct hardware! They installed the wrong bath faucet and drains. 4 WEEKS LATER They fixed the faucet but tried installing the same wrong color hardware. 9 WEEKS LATER still no bath cover or drain. OVER 12 WEEKS LATER correct drain arrived (after I searched online and found it myself!). MONTHS LATER JACK THE GENERAL MANAGER tells me he has all of the correct material. He shows up with the installer but now tells me it was going to take another hour for it to arrive. Jack the General Manager I voiced all of my frustrations with this project (Time, Wrong Materials, Bad Work). NO APOLOGIES, ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY, he acted as though all of my concerns were ridiculous and essentially told me I was overreacting when its just 1 wall to fix. I then REQUESTED TO SPEAK WITH THE OWNER. THE OWNER COMPLETELY DENIED MY REQUEST TO SPEAK WITH HIM (according to Jack) I didnt trust my conversation with Jack so I also texted my salesman asking to speak with the owner and NO REPLY. This is the true Rose Remodeling. Additionally, our first installer looked increasingly stressed and rushed as he worked on our bathroom. Jack one day even came over unannounced and walked in without even introducing himself. There had been some kind of altercation at the office and he was trying to calm the installer down. A third installer was called over as Jack said he could fix the mistakes. The installer said he couldnt fix it and Jack would have to pull and redo that wall too. JACK THE GENERAL MANAGER HUSHED THE INSTALLER. A fourth installer came to fix the problems and he was being honest by telling me that one of the walls was done badly and couldnt be fixed without pulling it all out. Jack quickly jumped in and changed the subject. This is the guy overlooking all of the projects. You don't want to put your money and time into a company that operates this way! They have a payment schedule and we were charged twice before ALL of the materials were acquired for our project as evidenced by the bath being incomplete (no drain cover, areas that werent caulked, 2 bad cuts inside the shower, and the side of the bath. USING A VERY THICK LAYER OF CAULK TO COVER BAD CUTS / FITTINGS. THE PROJECT DID NOT PASS INSPECTION. THEY TRIED TO HAVE MY WIFE SIGN OFF ON THE PROJECT WHEN I WASNT THERE EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOT COMPLETE. The workmanship was incredibly poor (see photos). Botched cuts throughout the bath and shower. The caulking was a mess and unless I got up on a ladder and thoroughly inspected they would have left the top and other areas unsealed, which would have created a nightmare of moisture and mold. DONT TRUST THE REVIEWS. Request to see completed job sites to view the quality of their work and look closely. Get them to put in writing a project deadline. This has been our biggest regret working with and trusting this company that tries to pose as a family-owned business that cares for its customers.

Mr. Wong, We deeply apologize that this process has been a headache for you. We strive to Make sure our customers are satisfied, as we really do care. I would like to personally address some points you have brought up in this review. When you raised concerns about the way the cut was done Jack and Jeren came out in person to apologize and do a walk through to make sure we could fix it to your liking. Jack highly recommended that you let us fully remove and re-do the panel (at no cost to you of course), but you declined and wanted a repair done instead. When we sent out our repair team, they highly recommended replacing the full panel in order to achieve your desired goal…. You agreed to let us. The photos you attached were photos you took once the repair team started to remove our previous work. In regards to the overflow, we absolutely heard your concern and wanted to come back to do a final job walk through as well as fix the overflow. You agreed to have us back the week of the 25th- we have reached out to you every day that week with no return calls. We would love the opportunity to come back and make the situation right, as your satisfaction is our top priority. Again, we are deeply sorry and look forward to hearing from you soon. Justice Rose
