Elk Grove Tire Pros

Came here after some bad experiences with PepBoys and needed my alignment fixed. They had me in and out in less than an hour with a printout showing me what all of my camber, caster, toe, etc. was set to and that it was within tolerance. They were very professional and I will definitely be coming here from now on. Service: Wheel alignment

Went in to have a rough rubbing noise checked out here. I assumed it was the brakes/bearings, but they mentioned it was the tires that were causing the sound. After they changed the tires for $700+... the sound was still there. I went back to them immediately and they went on a test drive with me and still heard it too. They said they couldn't do anything about it and I needed new tires anyways. Not possible.. I just got my tires from costco less than 2 years ago... and drove less than 25k miles.. So in the end I paid $700+ for tires that didn't fix the issue. Wouldn't recommend this place. Went to another mechanic that properly diagnosed the issue (bearings..) and got the problem solved.

A lil pricey but this is my go to spot. They always treat me kindly and I don't ever feel like they're getting over on me. The guys are very nice.

I only went there once since they have a special on tires. I got there and there were only myself and another gentleman so the service was quick for balance and install of 2 tires. Not sure how it is at peak hours, though.
