American Tire Depot

My wife and I are loving this place! Came in for tires and an oil change on both our cars and Kevin made the process as seamless as it gets. He's your tire guy and your deal finder! We just learned that big brand next to Walmart that we used to deal with is part of American Tire Depot, but I don't understand how the service is miles apart!! Do yourself a favor and switch to American Tire Depot on Lake Forest and ask for Kevin or Rocky.

One of the best family oriented place to work with and they help people out by going above and beyond. Very trustworthy bunch. As they took. Care of me. Rocky is the best.

I got a flat tire so I took my car to this shop since I live less than a mile away and I have bought tires here before, the guy behind the counter (I don't know his name but he's a bearded guy) took a look at it and few seconds later said it couldn't be repair because it looked like it was driven flat for a long distance and had a great damage on the side of it which it wasn't true. I believed they didn't want repair it because it was a $30 dollars job and they rather to spend their time in more expensive jobs like a new set of tires (over $500). Then I took my car to NATIONAL AUTO REPAIR located at Muirlands and Aspan in Lake Forest, they took the wheel and tire off, inspected and said it could be repair. Customer service has changed since Martin is not managing the store any more.
