After we lost one of the "wheels" to our pet 600 kit, the Robitis folks were kind enough to mail a replacement part at no charge! Fantastic customer service and wonderful, fun product that engages both the imagination and the critical thinking components of a child's (and adult's) brain!

I am a small business owner and have inquired about introducing a robot. They wanted a delivery robot linked to the elevator, and signed a contract worth 50 million won for elevator renovation. After visiting the site, they said it was impossible to install the robot. What I was confused about here is that I know everything in detail, from the Elbesa recommendation to the contract process. A doctoral researcher from Robotis named Pro Park In-jeong has been consulting with me since our first meeting, and the researcher even recommended Elbesa. I asked them to come and inspect the site quickly before signing the contract with the elevator company, but they said there was no need for that and even said that they would sign the elevator contract and visit later. I filed a complaint about this situation, and what they said was even more shocking. We didnt read the contract ourselves, right? What do you do if your knowledge is at a doctoral level? This company, which ignores this situation even after knowing about it, is also a company with a serious lack of morality. If I were you, I would not do business with this company.

As usual, Robotis did a great job. I sent a Dynamixel motor for repair. The company was responsive and is returning that motor in full working condition for much less than the cost of buying a new one.

We had lost parts to one of our sets. We ordered what we thought were the right replacement parts online, but apparently ordered some smaller parts for a different series. A call to customer service cleared that up right away and after a few emails figuring out exactly what we needed, they quickly sent us the parts we needed to complete our set. We are very happy.

I can't say enough about this company, especially Richard Kim, for encouraging the creativity and knowledge of my grandson when he put together the Robotis Play 503. Mr. Kim went out of his way to respond to my 10-year old grandson in such a positive way - it meant the world to him. The product is also great! Made of durable material with understandable instructions, my grandson has had lots of fun modifying the original kit. We purchased another Robotis and can't wait to get started. Great projects for kids and adults to do together. I highly recommend Robotis.
