Great Agent. Derek knocked on my door one day and I instantly thought "UGH" found out he was a realtor and again "UGH" I let him talk though and quickly found out that what he had to offer to his clients was actually different than what all of the other realtors say. I didn't want to sell right when I first talked to him but I did call him a while after when I was interested in selling my home. He conducted the transaction very professionally and I felt that he always had my best interest in mind. Smooth process and I would highly recommend and would hire him and his team again if I ever decide to sell again in the future. Thanks!

I hired Derek after not being able to sell my house with 2 other agents over the last year or so.
