Simply put - Dr. Thano is truly wonderful! He goes out of his way for his clients and genuinely cares for them. He has consistently been there for me and the time I have spent in therapy with him has been a very transformative experience for me.
Other therapists tend to be cheerleaders patting you on the back. While this can be helpful for some issues, for me it always felt like patching up an infected wound with a bandaid. Dr. Thano has been able to help me dig up a lot of issues that have been dormant for far too long, and put them into proper context.
While medications can lift the symptoms of depression, it's the work I've done with him that has given me the ability to feel genuine happiness!
As you can tell, Dr. Thano has my highest recommendation. Like with any therapist, it's on you to put in the work. But rest assured, he'll make the most out of what you put in and with his experience, education and knowledge provide the needed guidance to heal deep psychological issues and move forward in a healthy way.
