CrossFit Sympatheia

I have been dropping into CrossFit Sympatheia when Im in town and the coaches and the community makes me feel like I have a second home. Great programing and great equipment for all the new workouts Crossfit comes out with.

I've previously held a CF-L1 and Crossfit endurance certification so I'm pretty familiar with how gyms should run and how coaches should operate. While I've only been to this box once for the Murph workout, I was really impressed and would definitely attend regularly if it was closer to my house. I look forward to more drop in workouts when I'm in the area and have no problem giving this gym my highest recommendation.

I drop in for 1 class, I ask before Wich class would be the better one to have a good community experience, so I choose 5:30 am . I had a great time! The Coach, Erika, was present leading every part of the class, I likees the way the warm up was lead. Classmates were really kind and gave me the chance to interact with them. WOD was challenging

Great coaches and facilities! Workouts are varied, but not random. All skill levels are welcomed and there is a scaling option for everything. It's great, give it a try!
