Whish I can put zero stars. These people are a scam! Cars come in with a check engine light on, that's a automatic fail for a smog check. These people still test the cars and take people's money knowing that's going to fail. When they can easily tell you as soon as they turn on the car and see the checknengine light on. Sucks that you cannot trust anyone now a days.

The smog test took 30 minutes and the person was polite very polite. The game changer was the coupon from their website: as soon as I showed the coupon, the whole nice-guy, customer-friendly theme changed! Here is what I remember: (1) "you should have shown the coupon first", (2) I am just an employee, the owner does not accept this coupon, (3) the coupon is for 15 years ago! It just seems that the businesses on this row are slowly going out of business, e.g. had a worse experience at Big O Tire. They run these scam coupon to bring people in... Service: Emissions testing
