I really wish I could give this place 0 stars. I went in to get my beard lined up, really simple, and came out with a ruined beard. I held my tongue bc I was fasting but man this place really screwed up. Not sure how the lady was hired but she need to redo her training. At first it was fine, she lined up half my face the way I wanted and gave me a very slight fade, and I asked her to fade the other half. That's when everything went downhill. She cut my beard so far down and then said it was MY FAULT for trimming my sideburns. Again, I was fasting and wanted it to count so I kinda just rolled with it. I also wanted to think it over before reacting. She lowered the first side all the way down as well and now I don't want to show up outside the home. There events I have to attend this week and I'm going to look like a clown. This place needs to take a really hard look at itself and call it quits for being so trash when it comes to working with beards. Why do you offer a service that you can't provide? I honestly should have just walked out after she messed up the first half of my face. Such a disappointment and now I'm stuck looking like this for some time. Please train your employees and have them take ownership of their own or at least know their limits. Such a disgrace.

Been a cpuple times and sofia gave really awesome haircuts and very friendly to talk to. My most recent one a few weeks ago i really like how its turned out. Thank you.

Unfortunately have to give this 1 star after my most recent cut. Pam gave me the worst cut ever, only asked one question and took the clippers all the way up my head. Pretty much buzzed my entire head. And all she said was nothing I can do now. Im embarrassed to go out in public.
