I cannot in good faith recommend this company. I wish I had read other reviews. Same issue as Charlie K. Used this company to install my LVP flooring. Nothing but issues since then. When you get opinions from 8 other contractors, and every contractor said the install was subpar, then it's shocking to hear Vintage Design tell me to my face that they "went above and beyond." Lennar Home in the Great Park. I advise all homeowners to avoid using this company at all costs.

There's a reason why they have 1.5 star review. Please believe the reviews. We paid triple to make sure our new home was go to go upon move. But there are huge gaps in between the stairs and the walls. Just empty gaps. I complained and Vintage's "quality control" manager said "it fits their standard of care". I will update my review with pictures so you can judge for yourself.

Bought a New Town Home where "Vintage Design" was the sub contractor for flooring and shower tiling, they were suppose to manage the project. I tested their workmanship as a first time home buyer and had purchased additional grout stain - An inspector came out because I notice it stained, inspector said it was not fully sealed, to find out after they consucted internal, and it wasn't stained/sealant at all! Ask for a discount from Kim and never replied back after job was render after job was completed. They wasted four hours of my time, in addition to my trust.
