I called John with an emergency and he was able to diagnose my computer the next day at my home.  He was quick to respond and helped me come up with a plan for my not working motherboard.  Will call on him again.

I called John yesterday after a connectivity issue I was having. He came to the house today to evaluate. I appreciate John's quick response. He said Everything is working properly. It was worth it to have him come out just to know my connection issues were normal. He is very Honest!  I will defiantly call on him again should I have anymore problems.

Thank you! Responsive. Reconfigured our home networks quickly, educating my son and I as he did so. Now my 17 year old is considering a career in IT! Will hire again once we get new hardware to install.

John was awesome! Our wifi was slow and often wouldn't connect. He came out, right on time for our appointment, fixed our wifi and everything is so fast now! He even fixed a computer that was riddled with viruses. Thank you, John! Will def use again whenever there's a need.
