We used Pacific Carpet & Tile Cleaningto clean a dryer vent that was VERY overdue. the staff is very professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. He also fixed part of our vent that was not up to code. Our vent is now much more efficient and safe!

One morning I phoned Pacific Carpet & Tile Cleaning, and he offered to drop by my house on his way home from another job. What a quick appointment! He is extremely professional, down-to-earth, and skilled. Even though what we believed would be a simple vent cleaning developed into a home remodeling project, he was unfazed! The entire time I was trying to explain to my wife on the phone why he needed to cut a hole in our ceiling, he was laughing. It was awful up there, but thank God he did! I give him a 10/10 recommendation to anyone who hasn't cleaned their vents in a while or recently moved into a property.

Staff was amazing - so kind and professional! He replaced our dryer vent and explained the technical things in a way that was easy to understand while still being thorough. He did quality work here, and updated me throughout his work/progress. He truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. Highly recommend Dryer vent cleaning!
