        This review is for Bank of America, not this branch. Wells Fargo took a little over an hour to do the exact same thing that Bank of America says will take 3 weeks!! Even when we thought it was all done they messed up on my phone number and it takes 3 days to change it and you cant withdraw funds during that time because even if youre in the bank with ID they have to send a code to your phone! No notory at this or most other BofA branches. Emily at this branch is good to work with but everything has to go through corporate so shes just the messenger. We are dealing with inherited trust accounts and will be moving to another bank ASAP. We will never bank with Bank of America. Too antiquated and too slow! Worst bank Ive ever worked with.

        Review for this branch specifically. Ordered foreign currency pickup and the pickup process was a nightmare. First waited 15 minutes in the teller line, only for them to tell us the person who has the key is out on break, and the other person with the key has left for the day. Still waiting at the lobby after 40 minutes for this person to come back from break. Why would you have no one on site who can help with this? How do you operate a branch without someone available to help customers with services you claim to offer?
