Wife got a full synthetic oil change with a tire rotation for a 2012 Honda Civic and they charged her 128.00 which is outrageous. They did seem to do an okay job though at least but I don't think we will be returning.

I called to ask for price for replacing my cars starter, the guy told me come here in person build relationship with us so we tell you the price.
They guy doesnt understand my cars starter doesnt work, that mean the car doesnt turn on, which mean even if I wanted to go there I couldnt get there and thats why I was calling duh!

If you made a mistake taking your car to this shop ,Just make sure you ask for the invoices of new parts that he says he ordered and the old parts that he says he replaced ,
And the hours of labor he charges . Please get a second opinion. I had the worse experience with this shop was referred to me by a friend , now he is shocked . Service: Electrical repair

This is a family owned small business. I've been going here for a few years for maintenance, and they even did an engine replacement for me on one of my vehicles. I appreciate the what feels like honest straight forward communication. I get the problem isolated and explained along with the solution(s) suggestions. The shop isn't the cheapest but trust worthy and they stand behind the work. I have seen the 3 year warranty sign on the front desk. I personally have never had to use that warranty.
I've heard you get 2 out of 3 things in business transactions:
time, quality, or price.
These guys fall in the medium for time and price and high quality in my opinion. I appreciate this shop and the team that works here. They don't throw parts at my problem and hope to fix it. I usually get a diagnostic of the issue right the first time.

I contact the shop for a service. The guy answered the phone was a nice guy but he did not know if they have this service, so he offered to talk with his manger to call me back with a quote.
I appreciated it and thought I called the right place.
But his manager totally changed my impression when he called back. The manager did not disclose who he is and started blablalba for 1 minute like I don't want to do that, I don't have a price, it's like a painter job or whatever. He was very rude and does not want to hear what the customer is saying. I had no idea who he is and why he is talking like this.
Finally I got a chance to stop him and figured out who he is. But by then, I already lose my trust in this shop.
I never wanted to do business with anyone starting with I don't want to do this, I don't care what the customer wants.
I am fine if they don't offer this service, and I am ready to see elsewhere. But I don't know why the manager talks like I am begging to have this business with him.
The way he talks makes me feel he does not care about the customer needs and so their veihcles.
