Called them on the night of my emergency. They said they'd have someone out in the morning 8-10. I stayed home from work waiting. Got a call in the morning about delays. More delays at 10, again at 12. So I called H&R Plumbing and they were out in 20 minutes to fix my situation. I won't be calling Mr. Drain again.

Technician from Mr. Drain Plumbing are very professional and friendly service. He kept me informed on the progress he was making as he worked on the plumbing problem with the kitchen sink and he cleaned up afterwards. Overall, I was satisfied my experience with the company; including the customer service provided when I called into the call center.
