I came to this gas station last night for gas because it says $4.55 if you pay cash and $4.65 with credit. I parked on pump one, and when I walked in, I noticed the cashier was on the phone until he felt it was necessary to help me. After noticing I was standing there, I asked him to put $30 cash on pump 1. I saw the pump didnt reflect the cash price on the board, so I told him the pump wasnt working. His first response was that I paid with credit, and thats why the cash price wont show. I informed him I paid cash; he went back into his system to tell me that I had bought $1 worth of gas. I told him he could run the security tapes because I gave him $30 in cash and didnt pump any gas. The customer, even behind me explained to him she didnt pump any gas. Its on the last transaction. I told him I would like to have my $30 back and take my business elsewhere; he told me no, that I paid for gas, and he wouldnt give it back. I told him I was going to call the police, and he begin to say he didnt understand my English. After he claimed to have reached the owner and knew the police were coming, thats when he was willing to give back my money. Although he went out of the store to try and pump my gas when I told him I was not interested in getting gas there. The pump price you pay is not the same as the price on the board. Horrible customer service. Even that night, the customer behind me left because he was so disgusted by the cashier's behavior that he refused to get gas there. Find another gas station. Please dont waste your time. Between the cashier and owner, they dont care.
