If you see Lucas working... run!!! Does not mix the ice cream enough. Just folds in once and calls it a day. I understand if it's tough to break down. But at least mix it to where every bite should have the toppings ordered. That's the point, right?

I took my kids and my sister with her kids here (total of 9). I used to love this place but today I was very disappointed. A signature like it costs now $7.99. I picked a founders favorite and it was super runny, almost like a soup. We asked if 2 of the kids could have a sample and were told that they dont do samples anymore. We wanted to make sure they like the flavor before purchasing. Also the staff was not familiar at all with the app and the current promotions. Not sure if we will go as often anymore as we used to.
