We've been working with Shamrock since 2008. We found them because one of our clients thought they could not bring fast fiber to their location. To solve the problem, we engaged Shamrock and their team. They seem to be able to find fiber providers that will go into locations that AT&T and others won't go. Because Shamrock is one of the largest brokers of bandwidth in the US, their prices are ALWAYS the lowest too. We use Shamrock for bandwidth at both our locations in Los Angeles and since we are in the Managed IT business, we refer them to our clients who need better pricing regularly. They have a fantastic team that responds quickly, and helps hold the providers to their timelines. I also like that when they present us with a proposal, we always get pricing from at least 3 fiber providers. I see Shamrock more like a partner than just a vendor. They are quick to jump in if the telco or fiber provider falls short during the installation process, or when the bandwidth promised is not delivered.
