At first, communication was a bit dull, but to be clear I became a client of Paul's at the center of the Pandemic when many laws and factors were setting in motion, so I was understanding of the stressful moments and situation his team had to go through to accommodate all his clients, but they picked up real fast and were able to assist me with my small business needs and tax services as well. As a recent small business operator with no experience, I had several questions and Paul was always able to answer very quickly in a professional manner with great advice and feedback.
