Gijsbert, it's our priority to make our school a comfortable place for you and your family to build water confidence and critical safety skills, and we're sorry your experience fell short of that. We value your feedback and would like to take this opportunity to address your concerns. We take class cancellation very seriously, and we only do so when necessary. For example, we closely monitor the pool's temperature, and if it drops below our standard of 82-84 degrees, we will cancel classes for safety reasons. In such circumstances that require us to close the pool, we ensure makeup lessons are provided and can be scheduled through our app for your convenience. We do not charge for holidays. We would also like to assure you that all of our instructors undergo extensive training with ongoing coaching/feedback, so you can trust that our instructors - regardless of their age- are more than qualified to ensure the safety of our swimmers. We're happy to hear that you've appreciated Ariel's instruction, particularly as she is one of our lead trainers and sets the bar for the rest. It's important to note that we do not own our facilities, but we do collaborate with our pool partners to make the space as comfortable and welcoming as possible. If you ever have a concern about its cleanliness, please let us know and we would be happy to work with the facility to make sure it's addressed.
