        It is just ok, the other location on solano is better. They are friendly and don't make me put my amazon return box all together they will just take it however I have it.

        Charged me 50$ extra for additional handling when the additional handling was lifting a single (2 pound) item and putting it in a box. I bought bubble wrap and tape, wrapped it in the building and then tried putting in a box, thats when they CHOSE to help putting a single already assembled item in a box. It wouldve only costed 28$ for ground shipping, the employee charged us way over necessary then gave me a 20% discount to make it look legit. >:( Thanks a lot RAJAN

        Charges effectively $5 to print a UPS label, even if you bring the package and a digital label for them. Don't come here as they will nickle and dime you for everything.

      Thank you for the review Kevin. We do not also ask you to put your Amazon returns in a box unless it says customer packed. That's the only time Amazon requires you to put the items in a box. Hope we have clarified your misunderstanding.
