La Belle Nails & Salon

Ive been coming here for years since Kevin was there around 2-3 years ago and continue to go it was reasonable going here. Not NO MORE I understand people talk in various languages but to have the whole salon taking and laughing non stop for more than 20 minutes is excessive. There where two women there while i was getting my nails done the look on their face was comeplete shock. Ive never felt soo uncomfortable when I ask the nail tech what was funny she act like she didnt hear me said it again and she respond ohh nothing then resume laughing. This shop has no decorum and lack professional etiquette. They do average work yet comes with snickering laughter be warn.

Scam scam scam!!!!! These people just make prices up and charge unreasonable unrealistic prices. They tried to charge me $186 for 3 fill ins. My mothers nails look like absolute garbage. They cut the sides of ALL her fingers. When I asked to speak to the manager nobody said a word!! I wish I could give this place 0 stars!!! STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE OVERCHARGED

Service horrible. I set up an appointment for Sunday 9:30 am. I arrived with my sister in-law to find out the place is closed and open only at 10:30 , i thought it was weird, but just went for coffee in starbucks not far away. we came back at 10:10 and the place was already open. When I talked to the lady there and explained what happened she said that it wasn't true because on Sunday they open at 10 am . I explained I understand that as I was there earlier and they still were closed and this is the info was given to me over the phone. In my mind just wanted to relay feedback ( as a business owner I know its important ) but at that point she became supper aggressive. I didnt want to continue the conflict and requested just to be serviced and she refused as she said they are busy ( the place was empty) and I must wait for my appointment. ( 20 min ) when i mentioned that the place is empty she became even m ore aggressive. At that point I requested the owner information so i can talked to her directly but the lady at the store responded she is the owner ( not true as I go thee for like 3 years ). Long story short , I was banned from that location , owners never reached back. There are plenty other salons to go to , this one is just became a nightmare ( I have 9 ladies I know that will never go back there for similar interactions.
