I wanted to support a local business -- and you should too -- so I called Velocity and discussed my situation. Eddie came over to my house about 10 minutes later and took care of the problem in about 20 minutes. That's 30 minutes in total, my problem solved. I also learned a thing or two about locks, master keys, duplicates, and old original handles which are hard to replace.

We had an emergency where we needed to re-key all of our locks. Velocity came out within one hour and had the job done quickly! I highly recommend them and will work with them again in the future.

Nope. This fellow is easily annoyed. He parked in a red zone at my condo complex. When I told him he could not park there he said no thats okay. I told him if he wanted the job he needed to park in a guest spot and he left.
