Love the team at this location ! The dentist is fantastic . They have done a crown, implant and multiple deep cleanings for me.

Update! I wrote a great note in the past 3 yrs ago. And unfortunately this Bright Dental el Cerrito office has gone from reasonable to unorganized. I had my continuing appointment for January 2024 I call to re-schedule, so it was scheduled for a week before February at 4:30 pm. I got off early from work, to get to my appointment. Guess what, the office clerk told me that it was at 4:00 pm? So we rescheduled again for February 1st at 4:30 pm. This time I wrote it in my calendar with time and took names. I arrived at the office at 4:19 pm way ahead of my appointment, than the office clerk told me that I will pay extra because its part of my deep cleaning, but if I reschedule again i will get charged my co-pay only. So check this out, if I wait for 3 weeks more I will save money. Honestly, why that wasnt mentioned before? If I will get 2 cleanings and pay only co-pay and have 1 to pay extra why dont they disclose that? I felt cheated, also its not my first time going to this dental office. Its was such a disappointment to heard that I should reschedule it to have my insurance to covered. I mean why doesnt the office clear or the dentist advise their client? So I immediately ask for the manager ( My inner frustration was apparent) there she comes, Britney, who was apologetic but also didnt seem to care, like apologies helps. I mean this was my second time coming to this office because the first time the clerk told me the wrong times and second because she told me that I will save money by re-scheduling my appointment. She just apologized and that all. I feel like there is no accountability, their customers service is meh, they work just like wester dental and because of that I will not be coming to them. Its sad to know that my experience since I moved to Richmond has not been the greatest. We the people that live in Richmond should support Richmond businesses but what should we do when our precious time ( because of our jobs) is not being respected, and when they not advising us the clients on whats best for our budgets, and not caring for losing people. Sadly convenient location worse service ever, not to mention that after talking to the manager, I waited over 30 mins to be help, and I was on their waiting room, not knowing what was happening? I need to talk to get clerk and ask why I wasnt being called in? They had an emergency they say, but guess what I dont read minds. No ones does, have about as a courtesy, let the person know that is waiting that your 4:30 appointment is going to take another 30 mins because there was an emergency. ( I tell you all, there was no emergency) this situations happens because there is no accountability, costumer service and turnover of staff and management. Dont go here if you want to get a good service, sadly I wont comeback again. Wish you all luck and hope they can figure out their problems. Ah forgot to mention, they referred me to Smile Direct they were promoting it, and they got me, now Im dealing with a bankrupt company that doesnt help their customers. This is a red flag look for service somewhere else. Im calling my insurance and figuring out my co-pay and if I find that I over pay for their services, a law suit will be coming their way. Stay informed everyone! Wrote this in 2021-2022 Since I moved to Richmond, CA. I have been hesitant to look for a new Dental office, the importance of my oral hygiene is high as well as the office you go. I found Bright Now dental office in El Cerrito, and give them a try. Eureka!!! I found a "Gem" office that cares about your oral hygiene, the office crew is efficient, the staff is friendly and the doctors are knowledgeable. I will not go anywhere else but Bright Now Dental in el Cerrito, if you are like me that had nightmare experiences with dental offices, give them a try and see the difference yourself! I hope you don't need to visit a dental office but if you do try Bright Now Dental El Cerrito!
