I am not one to write negative reviews, but the egregiousness calls for it. Paul is delightful and conversational, but then hit me with the bill for an oil change charging $95 for labor and $67 for a filter. You may have a great experience like the rest, but be wary y'all.

my absolute Go To guy for everything from oil changes to mods.honest, competent and a nice guy to boot. (don't be put off by the gruff exterior; he's a softy, but his hearing is shot from sitting by the gunners while flying a chopper in 'Nam. be prepared to speak loudly and clearly with him!)if you're lucky enough that you can get in with him, consider yourself blessed; demand for guys like this is high, and he won't bite off more than he can chew.

Just returned from their shop. Toyota Service Center said I needed to replace Water Pump and Valve due to the leak so I took my car to Paul's shop. A staff ( not Paul) check my car, got under the car and he asked how much quote did I get from Toyota. I said above $600. The guy said , I can change the unbroken water pump for $400 if you want. He said nothing is wrong with the pump unless I wanted to throw away some money and have it changed.
