Carla was profressional and prompt when helping me to find a one bedroom to rent for myself. She helped me to find an appartment by the date I needed and was polite and responsive when answering questions I had about the property.

Going through Sun Valley Real Estate was a complete waste of my time. I was told by the real estate agent, Carla, to call back in a week to go see an apartment that was going to be available. I did exactly what she said and even called two hours in advance to confirm my appointment to go view the property. When I showed up to my appointment I was told the property was already rented out to a new tenant and no longer available. Carla Johnson didnt bother to advise me, but instead told her tenant to relay the message to anyone who showed up asking to rent the property. What a complete waste of my time. Dont bother wasting your time renting here if they wont even bother taking the time to be professional.
