Worst costumer service!!!! I still haven't gone to the actual appointment but its so difficult to make the appointment. First of all who gets the front desk secretaries. Is it a requirement to be rude don't answer the patient calls and put them in hold. They are super rude it took me 50 min. to actually make the appointment. First they didn't answer they put me on hold 4 times 5 to 10 min. Then when they answer me they told me to give them all my information hold for a little bit then told me I needed to go and make the appointment in person...... Really, I just waisted 50 min making an appointment I couldn't make by phone, why they don't tell you that since the beginning!!!!
