Very small practice which is exactly what I was looking for, not a giant dental company that are over booked with patients causing the staff to run you through to get you in and out so that they can get to the next patient.

I have been going here for a while. But recently things changed. He's had some changes with his assistants. The receptionist is the same, but now I've had to wait. I never waited before. Which was a big reason I went here. The front desk is very friendly and polite always acknowledges me when I get there even when she's busy. I've waited over an hour now which had never happened before. I waited to write this review because I thought it was a one time thing that they were running behind but it has happened a couple of times. And I have heard the same from some coworkers that see him.

My regular dentist has had his office closed for weeks due to COVID-19.  I was able to get an appointment in short order. Dr. Miles' staff was prompt and courteous over the phone and in-person.  I was able to get a quick diagnosis and the work I needed all in one appointment.  I am very satisfied.

I have only been going for a short time with Dr. Miles but he is very professional and knowledgeable.  My kids ages 6 and 8 felt comfortable and the dentist assistant was very sweet with my kids.  Office Receptionist is very professional, helpful we enjoyed our visit with Dr. Miles. My kids can't wait to go back.

DDS Randal miles was very old school which is why I went to him. Had 3 teeth pulled and he and his staff made it as painless as possible. The whole experience was like a small town nothing Fancy kind of dentist office. 100% recommend him
