Unfortunately the owner passed away, and the new staff dont know anything about file a simple form of tax, I filed with them more than a month now and still I didnt get my tax return, and ever time I am calling to see what is the problem they just keep luring and giving excuses, they are really horrible

Shes a hard worker who is diligent in her process and is very communicative - rare characteristics in this field of business. Jackie if youre reading this, you rock!
