        I walked in to look at some shoes, theres this loud girl that was talking about what she dislikes about customers, I didnt feel welcomed at all, I had to walk out. I will go to Plaza Bonita next time.

        Great customer service. The young ladies that helped me were both extremely patient as I tried on shoes and asked questions. I walked out of there with my Pink High Top Converse and a smile on my face.

        First time buying shoes here for my daughter and will be the last. I bought her 3 pairs online and one pair was too small for her. They were delivered Wednesday. Had her try them on around the house. Said they were too small and trying to return them to the local journeys store and they said no becasue they were worn. They literally look brand new. Very upset. I called the customer service line. Hopefully they will make this right.

        Got a glimpse of what I wanted, and then I came back another day to check the item. Sure enough it was there at a great price. Made the purchase, and now I have a brand new adidas money bag, cash only! This Journey's is highly recommended, LoL. THANKS TO THE STAFF.
