        As an HOA board member, I highly recommend APS. The new gate they made and installed has been flawless! I recommend their maintenance service as well. Terrific sales & customer service at APS too.

        Had to come out to give Jason Cramer a review . He showed up after hours and helped repair a gate that was vandalized he worked miracles that night and was able to weld the very same night to get the gate up and running . Super thankful to have Jason come by to save the day thanks again to all of APS

        Please do NOT use this company. This company has left both of gates at our community in the heights in CV rattling and shaking for 6 months or longer. It looks like they have been here multiple times "repairing" the gates and cannot figure out how to fix it? They are banging around so loud now you can hear them down the street. I'll come back and post a video of the nightmare this is listening to these. Please save yourself a headache and look elsewhere.

      Hi Mark, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your experience and your community gate. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or dissatisfaction you may have encountered, and we are committed to addressing your concerns. Our records indicate that we have only received one request for this reported issue. One of our factory trained technicians was on-site (September 25th) to service a gate with the reported “excessive noise.” During our service call, we found the “excessive noise” coming from the guide rollers (loose and rattling), and adjustments were made and the gate was tested with mock and live traffic. Since this service call, we have not received any further requests for service, repair, or moving forward with a replacement from your HOA Board or Property Management company. To avoid any undue costs to your HOA, we recommend having an authorizing party (your Board or Management Company) contact us directly, as per protocol. This process ensures proper communication, service, and billing policies are followed. Once again, we appreciate your feedback and thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We have been in recent contact with the property management team to ensure this reported issue is addressed and we can reach out again to confirm if they would like to proceed with a return service call. We value your community’s business and look forward to serving your community again soon.
