      Hello Franc, my apologies for any inconvenience. However, I'd like to clarify a few things. Our parts store is closed on weekends and federal holidays. Our system received your order on Saturday Jan 13th; at which time there was a banner on our website stating we we're closed the 13th through the 15th due to MLK Day. As such, the first time an employee viewed your order was Tuesday the 16th. Your order was processed Tuesday and shipped Thursday, this kind of timeline is very typical for us. I'm sorry we did not meet your expectations but I do not believe anything was handled incorrectly with this order.
