We had an 25 year old air conditioning system. We knew that we needed a new one. We called to get an estimate from another company and wasn't pleased on the salesmanship. That's all I will say about them. We then called Anderson's Plumbing, Heating & Air. They have a Great sale going on. Jimmy Gilmore came and gave us amazing information on estimate and what to expect. Jimmy said everything we needed to hear and we didn't feel pressured on making sale. Alexis and Angel who installed our new system were amazing. They did everything we wanted done and then some. They did an amazing job ! Thank You Everyone !

Beware. Some of their technicians are awesome. Some have no idea what they are doing. Installed a drain sleeve improperly years ago before we purchased our home. They had to have known it was not done right but just buried it, literally. To their credit after multiple clogs we finally had another plumber dig it out and discovered the problem. They did come replace a portion under warranty. Asked why we didnt call them first? Simple answer. We kept them on as new homeowners and one of their technicians came out because our heater wasnt working. took apart our tankless water heater and couldnt put it back together. Anderson said we needed to replace it. Second plumber different org fixed it in about 10 minutes no joke. We vowed to never use them again but unfortunately had to break that vow due to poor workmanship in the past. . Again in the couple years we kept their program for maintenance tasks we had mostly a good albeit pricey experience. Unfortunately, I dont think they can guarantee someone competent every time. Beware
